Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate a desktop computer and multi-line phone Knowledge of healthcare payers and MI collection laws preferred Knowledge of insurance eligibility preferred WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Resolve all past due customer balances Answer customer calls and assist with questions about their statements Data entry (updating customer information, documenting customer inquiries) Follow up on accounts where payment has not been received Obtain written orders from physician and verify insurance WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
