High school diploma or equivalent No experience needed - we will train! Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate a desktop computer and multi-line phone Knowledge of healthcare payers and MI collection laws preferred Knowledge of insurance eligibility preferred WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Resolve all past due customer balances Answer customer calls and assist with questions about their statements Data entry (updating customer information, documenting customer inquiries) Follow up on accounts where payment has not been received Obtain written orders from physician and verify insurance WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
