High School Diploma or equivalent Call center/customer service experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional verbal communication skills Compassionate problem solver WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for accurately loading all patient information into working system, generating all delivery paperwork for sales, rental & service orders, provide a high level of customer service to patients, referral & pay sources.
Responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of products & services, funding sources and company policies & procedures.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of specific requirements of contracted providers.
Responsible for maintaining patient files as specified in company policy, and other tasks as required.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8:
30 AM - 5:
00 PM After hours on-call rotation (semi-monthly) LOCATION:
Hybrid position.
You must train in office at 26834 Lawrence Ave.
Center Line, MI for a minimum of 30 days.
You will be required to work 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
