High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Professional verbal communication skills Compassionate problem solver Must train in-person for 3 days at our Center Line location WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Load all patient information into system Generate all delivery paperwork for sales, rental & service orders Provide a high level of customer service to patients, referral & pay sources Maintaining a strong working knowledge of products & services and funding sources Develop and maintain a strong understanding of specific requirements of contracted providers Responsible for maintaining patient files as specified in company policy SCHEDULE:
