High School Diploma or Equivalent Call center experience preferred Interpersonal and customer service skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls Experience working with computers and data entry WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders Ensure the patient and referral sources are kept up to date on order status Daily processing of purchase order exception reports Problem resolution of missing orders to include UPS/USPS tracking Familiar with diabetic testing orders and continuous glucose monitors Additional duties as assigned LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

Must train on-site for 4-6 weeks, then remote.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
