The primary role of the Systems Administrator (Inventory Control) is to manage the internal Inventory Control (IC) management systems to ensure high levels of performance and accuracy in addition to ensuring the security and coordination of the supported Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications.
The Systems Administrator participates in and supports the planning and development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
The Administrator coordinates with Mopar ICT in the continuation and improvement of Mopar-specific legacy systems (MARCS, CHAMPS) in addition to maintaining and enhancing Business Intelligence applications.
The Administrator will also be instrumental in the creation of new Business Intelligence applications (Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, SQL, MS) as needed as well as managing the communication of internal technical solutions.
The IC System Administrator also works to anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Mopar Inventory Control systems issues as they arise by collaborating with Commodity Managers, Inventory Control Analysts and Mopar ICT.
The Administrator also develops, documents, and maintain processes & procedures and provides guidance for internal users.
