- Set up and operate mechanical and hydraulic presses according to specifications - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and make adjustments as necessary - Perform routine maintenance on presses to ensure optimal performance - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Troubleshoot issues with presses and perform minor repairs as needed - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills:
- Experience working with logic controllers and calipers - Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices - Proficiency in operating CNC machines and using hand tools for machining tasks - Knowledge of lathe operations and programming - Familiarity with SolidWorks software for design purposes - Ability to work with Fanuc controls for automated processes - Basic welding skills for equipment repairs We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of presses, possess strong technical skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
