WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High School Graduate, GED or related experience Some previous data entry experience Excellent phone and customer related communication skills Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Ability to work under stressful situations to accomplish deadlines To work effectively with a wide range of people including referral sources, patients (clients, insurance agencies, co-workers and management WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Answer incoming phone calls and input customer requests for equipment according to the health plan criteria and diagnosis Maintain open line of communication with patients/clients, and referral sources Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
On-line set-up of new patient/client files, verifying eligibility information and co-pays Verification of PCP involvement in ordering equipment Review of members address and telephone number for delivery Reviews on-line order for completeness and accuracy before faxing order to Northwood provider for set-up Other related duties assigned by the Manager LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
