Supplier Delivery Manager - Accessory, Kits, Performance

The Supplier Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a group of management and bargaining unit individuals. The team is responsible for issuing exception supplier releases and following up with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely shipments of parts. The Manager is responsible for individual and team activity required for delivering results against pre-established metrics. This position requires the ability to execute tactical responsibilities balanced with strong strategic thinking required to prevent future supply disruptions. Building and maintaining strong relationships across several different functional areas internal and external to Mopar is desired. This includes areas such as: Purchasing, Marketing, Distribution Operations, Technical Support Operations, Supplier Quality and Engineering, as well as working closely with external suppliers. Leading cross functional projects with such areas will be required to resolve current issues and to proactively identify potential opportunities. Creation and execution of risk mitigation activities using strong logic and problem solving skills will also be expected. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain or Program/Product Management experience in roles with increasing responsibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical ability Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong G Suite / Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of automotive supply chain or program/product management experience Experience working with suppliers and cross-functionally Experience managing or leading teams Prior experience in project planning and management Knowledge of union contracts Familiarity with CSDS, Cognos, MARCS, ODIMS, PC Portal II, DRIVe, SBOM 1033629

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
