Regional Sales and Reinsurance Manager

The MVP Regional Sales and Reinsurance Manager will focus on increasing Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) sales volume and profitability by developing working relationships and synergies with all corporate divisions to promote sales goals for MVP. The MVP Regional Sales and Reinsurance Manager will direct and support the performance of MVP's field sales force and direct the work flow and task assignments and make decisions in handling sensitive dealer issues. The candidate will also develop a strategic vision aimed at enhancing competitive advantage in the dealer reinsurance market, analyze dealer data to develop appropriate pro forma assumptions and create sales pro forma presentations, provide field sales support, facilitate consultative approach with dealer for program options, and provide competitive analysis/positioning to support conquest/save.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in finance and insurance or sales in a franchised automotive dealership
Ability to navigate and understand dealer financial statements
Must possess project management skills and be able to work with confidential information
Competitive experience with a service contract provider with an understanding of all available dealer participation programs including reinsurance
Strong relational ability to work with teams/field personnel
Strong analytical skills with emphasis in Product Profitability/Accounting/Finance acumen desired
Ability to analyze information to spot issues/trends, develop recommended solutions, and effectively communicate resolution to management
Must be a self-starter, energetic and passionate about achieving set goals. This person must also be flexible, with the ability to shift work and priorities as needed.
Ability to develop training materials, provide training and disseminate information within the organization, supplier and dealership level.
Strong problem solving skills
Strong written/oral communication
Project leadership skills
Highly efficient with MS Office Suite/G Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate with all different levels of dealership personnel
Experience training a sales process in both sales and finance and insurance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
