Campaign Management - Global Field Action Manager

The Campaign Management - Global Field Action Manager will lead a team and work cross-functionally with vehicle safety and regulatory compliance office, business center teams, engineering, purchasing, packaging engineering, quality and other associated groups for parts procurement and planning for vehicles included in associated field actions (campaigns, Rapid Response Transmittals (RRTs) and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB)).
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work with suppliers to develop supply plan and ensure releases are set to supplier commitments
Develop parts allocation planning to ensure parts are allocated within the network to support dealerships for best stocking levels
Manage dealer order processes to enable sufficient supply of material to support customer requirements
Coordination of parts related activities with cross-functional teams including business centers, vehicle safety office, quality organization and technical service operation
Develop and provide executive reporting on all aspects of campaign management including recall activity, inventory levels and cost assessments
Responsible for any necessary reporting to government agencies (NHTSA)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain
Experience analyzing data and presenting your conclusions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to individuals at all levels within the organization
Experience working cross functionally
Proficient in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
Master of Business Administration or Master's degree
Experience working with QlikView, Business Objects, Cognos and SQL
Supply chain experience in with field and headquarters experience
Strong knowledge of Mopar supply chain
Experience in purchasing, finance, supplier quality, MOPAR, or manufacturing
Ability to manage multiple projects
Passionate about delivering results

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
